How booking works

I check the date and time and tell you whether the slot is available. If your ideal time is already taken, I will suggest the closest option that still works for your plans.

3️⃣ Reserve the date
To secure the booking, a €30 deposit is required. This holds your date and time and confirms the reservation.

4️⃣ Deposit policy 💶
The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event for reasons on the client’s side. Real emergencies are treated like real emergencies — hospital, serious issues, childbirth, things like that. Life happens, and common sense applies.

5️⃣ Final details
Once the date is secured, we confirm the full setup: entrance, timing, music, venue notes, special requests and any extras you want to add.

6️⃣ Day-of check-in 🔔
On the day of the event, we do a quick final confirmation so everything runs smoothly and the timing stays clean.
